Apple Tree Cot is a charming Grade II listed 17th century cottage - said to be the oldest in the village - boasting a perfect balance of characterful features and modern comforts and just a pebble's throw from Cawsand Beach. The cottage takes its name from the ancient apple tree that shades its tranquil south facing garden with its ‘secret’ door leading to a smuggler's passage.

Apple Tree Cot is perfect for families and groups of friends of up to 6 people, and couples looking for a quiet getaway. Dogs are also allowed to stay by special request.
CAWSAND
Cawsand is located in the heart of the Rame Peninsular, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village offers direct access to stunning coastal walks, 3 beaches, sheltered boating from kayaking to dinghy sailing, fishing, rock pooling. During the summer months, the Cawsand Ferry - a family favourite - sails regularly across Cawsand Bay to Plymouth.

Cawsand and its adjoining neighbour Kingsand, boast four welcoming pubs all serving food and local ales, a bakery, waterfront cafe, a village shop and deli, so there is little need to stray far! With its narrow meandering lanes, the village is virtually traffic free.
